It’s warm enough to be spring. Yet, I remind myself that we still have six weeks of winter remaining. I like the Saami idea of 8 seasons. And in their belief system, we would be experiencing winter-spring.
I noticed buds on trees and ice floating on ponds. Today, I heard The Beatles’ “Here Comes the Sun” wafting out of a chocolate shop. And I have that post-Valentine’s Day melancholy playing in the back of my thoughts. The only way I can convey my current mood is through photographs.
I took some of these photos during our snow week. Then the temps rose up to 50 degrees F. We have been experiencing rain and some sun breaks.
