I didn’t feel like taking a bus across town so I walked to Maritime Heritage Park. Due to the cold weather, I was mostly alone in the park. I saw an occasional person or dog. And I aimed my camera at bird life and what other magic appeared. Enchantment is always present in the natural world. You have to know where to look.

Love the round duck at the bottom of the first group
I’m always fascinated by how similar the lines of trees and the lines in water are.
Looks like a nice area
Thank you. It’s a park under rehabilitation. It became a camping ground for homeless populations in recent years, which just means we require more shelters and housing for people. And as that is being addressed, the park is cleaner and safer for photographic explorations. It is a lovely park.
